Great house in perfect location for our family during our son’s baseball tournament. Location was great- restaurants were close as were many of the fields. Very close to High Point University and Rockers stadium. Owner is great!

The property is very well kept and has a lot of charm! Very accommodating with everything needed to feel like your staying at home. Jane is so amazing and available for anything you may need and also has a lot of info on local attractions.

Cute house, great location, host was excellent with communication and check in/out was a breeze. Location was perfect for our ball tournament. Thanks again for a great stay.

Great location, close to the University and retail in High Point. It was so nice to be in a home and not a hotel.

This was a great place to stay for market. The house was super clean. The owner Jane Hughes was fantastic. The contacted me the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

Took a long weekend to visit HPU. It was less than three miles to campus which was great. The host could not be more accommodating . She was excellent. The house was as advertised., clean, cozy, etc…Highly recommend staying here.

Jane was so nice and attentive. The property is too cute and perfect for a small family to relax, spread, and enjoy the area. We had a junior Olympics event 30 minutes away in Greensboro and were delighted with the property despite the distance.

House is well maintained and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. TV situation could be better but that was not what we were there for so no problems. Excellent communication from owner.

Me & my 2 co-workers stayed at this property for furniture market. We were very comfortable, each of us had own bed. Only one bathroom but we made it work by showering in evenings. Very safe neighborhood, close to downtown Highpoint. Home felt homey and quaint, will return!

The Violet House was wonderful! Jane was checking in with us as soon as we arrived and the next day in the morning to see if we needed anything. The property was perfectly quaint and peaceful. It was so clean and lovely with antiques appointments throughout. I can not recommend this house enough for a couple or possibly three people, beyond that number it will get a little small. Lovely house and wonderful host!

The Violet House proved to be more than shelter, it was a comforting and charming retreat! Although we were in High Point for business and were just looking for a close place to stay for market, we fell in love with her charm. Jane was a fantastic host and we intend to stay again.

We have stayed at this property several times and have always felt so comfortable there. It is convenient to HPU and businesses in High Point. Property manager is very attentive. Will return.

This property is very much as advertised. The host is very accommodating. We had trouble getting in initially but she drove right over and helped us in. I don’t think we even waited 5 minutes. The host also checked to be sure we had everything we needed after check in. My mom had plans on visiting again, she will definitely stay at this location if it’s available.

We had a very nice trip to the area and the house was conveniently located for our purposes. It’s a lovely little house with a lot of cute and kitschy decor and Jane was very helpful when we had an issue with the wifi.

Perfect place to hang our hats during the Checkout from the dorms at HPU! Location was perfect —accessible to everything in a matter of minutes. Property was welcoming and everything in fine working order, especially the ice maker! Our beds were comfy and there was plenty of space in the house, on the porch and deck that we were not on top of each other. Looking forward to returning. Communication with the owner was superior.

We truly enjoyed our weekend stay. The host is very helpful, checking on us and following up during our stay. If need or want to cook has all you need. Very comfortable and quiet.

My daughter and I stayed in this bungalow styled home for the Presidential Scholarship weekend and the home and location could not have been a better fit for this event. The home is as advertised, 3 decent sized bedrooms, two bath, full kitchen, dining table, washer dryer, working lights, hot water, parking for probably 3 cars if necessary and above all clean!

Jane was a wonderfully receptive, accommodating and accessible host. She did let us know up front there was a problem with the washing machine that could be taken care of that day if we needed it but wasn’t a necessity or requirement on our part. She kept in touch with all weekend to see if we needed anything and if we were comfortable.

The home is literally a Mac Jones spiral from the Qubein Conference and Athletic Center. An incredibly easy walk to the campus and all the amenities it has to offer.

The only knock on the property for potential renters is the back yard needs a little attention, at this time, in case you were planning on bringing small children. I’m sure this is on her to do list and will be tip top for future guests.

I stayed here for my birthday celebration, which my birthday was April 16th but my brother that passed away his birthday was during the stay so I celebrated for myself and him. Jane was very helpful, and was a great host! I would stay here again.

Location is great, especially if visiting HPU.

Jane was very helpful and answered requests quickly. The house was well equipped and can easily accommodate a family.

This was a great place to stay for our AAU Jr Olympic Trip. It was close to everything we needed to get to (food, shopping, highway, Greensboro). The place was very clean and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and as an added bonus it was right around the corner from High Point University. The three bedrooms were perfect for the coaches and athletes. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

The property is just as listed, clean and Jane is excellent to communicate with. Check-in/out was a breeze. We were here to visit our son at High Point University, which you can see/walk to from the property…great for anyone visiting HPU! Jane has plans to manicure the backyard, which will make the property even more appealing then it already is. Wonderful stay.

Jane has been great in communicating with us from right after we made the reservation and made sure all of our needs were taken care of.

A pleasant place to stay for a few days, the property was clean and Jane made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The house reminded me of visiting my grandparents, which was nice.

Another great stay at Campus Charmer. It was perfect for HPU graduation, as you can walk to campus.
